This deeply relaxing class is especially designed to provide pregnant and new moms with a profound restorative experience.
During the class you will experience deep relaxation, bond with your womb baby and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace and strength.
Yoga Nidra is a unique combination of alert awareness and deep relaxation. 30-minutes of yoga nidra gives you the benefits of 3-4 hours of sleep. Now, that’s good news for moms!
No yoga or sleep experience necessary. 😉
Please bring a yoga mat and 2 pillows.
**Please arrive a few minutes early. Class begins at 6:30 and the door will be locked then.
